Store Manager - Premium Jewellery Brand - Oxford

Here you will be leading a team to exceed sales targets, providing training and management of the store. Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Driving KPI's and striving to meet commercial targets
• Analysing store performance
• Payroll management
• Coordination and executing successful store events and promotions
• Leading by example by being a passionate brand ambassador
• Attending product training
• Training and constantly developing team members
• Recruiting new team members
• Conducting one to one appraisals as well as effectively managing poor performance
• Ensuring store presentation standards are adhered to
• Responsible for the implementation of company store procedures and standard

Person Requirements:

• A strong background in all retail operations is essential for this role
• Proven track record of driving sales in a commercially driven environment
• The ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills; solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and motivational skills in order to establish a high-performance team
• Organised and structured approach to work
• Excellent communications skills
• Well-presented and a brand ambassador
