I am working behalf of a leading national charity who is looking for an experienced fundraiser to join their mass participation team. You will be required to develop and grow the mass participation team's portfolio of events and products.Key Responsibilities:Develop and enhance the participant experience to ensure that the experience surpasses expectations in order to maximise revenue generated.Review and develop the supporter experienceReview and develop all marketing strategies for events and productsResearch and identify new opportunities and build on existing activities in order to expand the event and product portfolioSupport and review event and product evaluations and make sound commercial recommendationDevelop relationships with key stakeholder's from across FundraisingExperience required:Event management experience and project planning experienceExperience of success in contributing to an organisation's strategyHighly developed ability to verbally convey information, including fundraising pitches and project updates to a range of audiences in a clear, inspiring and confident way to achieve desired outcomes.Ability to identify opportunities and to research and evaluate their viabilityExperience of success in a customer focussed environment such as fundraising, sales or marketingExcellent organisational skillsLine management experienceHave the ability to establish, develop and maintain relationships with a wide variety of people, including senior level individuals
