My client is an Independent Financial Advisory firm, specialising in Financial Planning and Wealth Management, providing financial solutions that are tailored to the clients needs.

We are urgently seeking an Investment / IFA Administrator, generally you would be responsible for supporting the Financial Advisers of the company in day-to-day Administrative tasks, which will include direct contact with clients, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.

Specifically you will process and monitor all new business applications for Financial Advisers liaising with clients and product providers, you will maintain a strict diary system for all cases submitted and provide regular updates on cases and their development, ensure that all files are compliant with regards to AML (Anti-money Laundering) requirements, and provide support to Advisers with regards to client valuations, key client reviews, collation / completion of all required documentation, meeting preparation, general servicing inquiries including policy and contract alterations, co-ordination of promotions and client mailers, document scanning and taking calls from both product providers and clients.

We would ideally be seeking someone with 1-3 years experience working within an Administrative role within a Financial Services, who has a desire to build a career in the longer-term within Financial Advice and Financial Planning. It would be to your advantage if you have an any knowledge or understanding of investments pensions, life assurance, permanent health insurance and personal tax. We are willing to consider candidates with basic knowledge from any area of Financial Services
