What vacancies are available?

We currently have a term-time Play Leader vacancy available; Monday to Friday with an immediate start in our After School Club at Brackenbury Primary School in Portslade. This is a small and friendly Club with a mix of Infant & Junior children and a long-serving team ready to share their wealth of experience with you. The shifts are 3.25hrs per day to be worked between 2.50pm and 6.05pm.

We also have term-time Bank Play Leader vacancies available; Monday to Friday with an immediate start in our After School Clubs throughout Brighton & Hove and East & West Sussex. Applications are welcomed from applicants wishing to work anything from 1 to 5 afternoons per week. Shifts are on average 3.25hrs per day to be worked between 2.40pm and 6.30pm.

What to expect as a Play Leader

Our Play Leaders are responsible for ensuring the children in the After School Clubs are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment as well as planning, setting up and leading a variety of engaging activities. You will also help to prepare a light and healthy snack and ensure that the play space is kept reasonably tidy throughout the session as well as clearing everything away at the end of the day.
