Your new role
A fully generalist maternity cover HR role where you will partner managers and support them with all aspects of the HR remit. You will coach and support managers to ensure they are dealing with employee relation, performance and absence issues in a consistent manner and ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date. You will deal with HR correspondence and support the annual salary review process including benchmarking activity.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a generalist role before and be used to working in a business partnering capacity. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification and will have an approachable and supportive style.
What you'll get in return
A 12 month contract paying GBP28,000
