Senior IFA Administrator
Our client is a well established, boutique Wealth Management IFA practice, based in Bedfordshire . Due to continued success & growth, the firm is now seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator. The ideal candidate will be a good multi-disciplined individual, with a flexible, positive attitude. You will be someone who can be depended upon to provide total support, undertaking all tasks required with a professional approach and good humour.
You will have good knowledge & experience of investment, pensions & protection products, ideally gained from working within an IFA practice, although candidates from a bancassurance, tied adviser or product provider background will also be considered.
In summary the key responsibilities will include:
•Managing daily Wrap platform activity & back-office system
•Ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are met
•Liaising with clients, product providers and other relevant third parties
•Ensuring that all clients' requirements are processed satisfactorily
•Managing, recording and monitoring clients' annual reviews
•Assisting with client presentations, research & report writing
•Full administrative support, including obtaining illustrations, processing new business, progress chasing etc.
Salary GBP25K-GBP30K, depending on experience & qualifications. Superb opportunities for career development
