Interim HR MI role York based with options around some home working

My client is seeking to change its existing culture to introduce a more transparent ,standardised reporting process which demonstrates how each part of the organisation contributes to the corporate priorities and provides value for money. This journey is already underway however to progress the project further there is a need for 2 Interim's to join the team . They will assess & "audit" where the performance management stands today including a review of current MI reporting , produce a report containing recommendations for improvement and development points for a roadmap & start working with the relevant areas of the business to implement improvements.

This is an interesting & unique opportunity for someone with experience of utilising MI reporting together with strong interpersonal skills.
