Position: Corporate Finance Executive
Location: South East Midlands Region
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: GBP20,000 to GBP25,000 per annum
About the role:
The purpose of the Corporate Finance Executive will be to assist with the management and administration of the Corporate Finance Team along with the opportunity to have accountability for a portfolio of clients. The role is central to the success and delivery of our services, including interpreting financial and non-financial information in order to prepare sales documentation for a range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a database of information relating to the team activity and clients
- Preparing all client approach letters
- Assist in the preparation of marketing flyers and information
- Ensure all documentation is consistent with the client's request in relation to language, brand and style
- Assist in summarising financial information
- Preparing and issuing Letters of Engagement
- Support the financial billing process
- Attend client meetings and events as required
- Contributing to ideas that will improve processes and efficiencies
- Assist in the delivery of sales and marketing initiatives
- Diary management
- Maintaining records
About you:
- Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written
- Numerically proficient
- Experience in a corporate environment with sales or marketing knowledge would be advantageous
- Candidates are not required to have a qualification in accountancy however experience of financial work processes is desired
- Open to study a professional qualification or training programmes in the future
