Sales Enablement Manager - Sales Support, Sales Operations, Enterprise Software (B2B) PLEASE NOTE:- This is not a Sales Management role, or a Sales role, it is a position supporting the sales team and making sure they have all the right tools, training, induction, materials they need. You will be in a senior Sales Support/Enablement role now, doing a similar role in an enterprise software house environment. Description:- This is a great opportunity to join a well established, hard-working and vibrant software company based in West London. The Sales Enablement Director will work with the Sales Organization to determine where the sales team needs to be from a knowledge, skills, and tools perspective to successfully position and sell my clients products and solutions. Responsible for channeling all cross functional sales support activities and communications in a consolidated and coordinated manner. Responsibilities:- Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives. Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials. Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team. Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work. Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is current and easily accessible at point of need. Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices. Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs. The following experience is required:- Proven success in a similar role working at an Enterprise software vendor Good understanding of the mindset, motivations and drivers of a typical Enterprise Software sales professional Ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of key stakeholders across all business functions Ability to make formal presentations of ideas to key decision-makers to bring together the views of individuals or groups with potentially conflicting goals and achieve a common approach Have a constant sense of urgency and the entrepreneurial work ethic required to drive business outcomes Have a detailed understanding of sales engagement models, selling methodologies, and effectiveness tools in the industry Salary will pay between 70,000 and 100,000 (DOE - flexible) + bonus + Pension + health + Life assurance etc Job Title:- Sales Enablement Director - Enterprise Software (B2B) - provided by Dice B2B
