Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a leading Utilities organisation who are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to be based in Northampton. If you are part or fully qualified HR Specialist who is looking for a challenge in a fast paced and vibrant environment, then this role is for you. As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing a customer focused HR service for seven sites. Recruitment will also be a big part of your role, supporting managers in sourcing and making decisions. You will Liaise with Group HR Mangers, ensuring successful delivery of the company's business strategy.

To be considered, you must have:
-Previous HR experience
-Experience of change management
-Managed employee forums
-Worked across previous sites
-Previously implemented and maintained HR initiatives
