We'll need you to produce a series of actionable customer insights using customer and prospect data. Promote its use in the business to increase revenue, reduce cost, improve ROI, and improve the customer experience.

You'll also get the opportunity to work on specific campaign briefs and influence our targeting strategy.

About the Role: -
Work with the relevant Directory departments (Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Content) to:
• Build and maintain appropriate and to-the-point dashboards which:
o Provide clear insight into the department's performance against its goals (increase sales, conversion rate, abandon rates)
o Provide additional insight to show how performance could be improved to ensure campaigns achieve profit targets
o Are easy to use - from both a technical and non-technical perspective
o Are regularly reviewed with the stakeholders to ensure that they are used and useful
o Provide Directors with insight into key performance against business goals.
• Take a targeted approach to selecting customers and prospects, helping us maximise positive response to campaigns across all channels
About You:-
• Confident with querying and selecting data using multiple applications and learning new applications/tools
• Highly skilled in both SAS and SQL and an experienced Excel user
• Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Fusion SAS visualisation
• Can suggest the way forward to implement insights profitably, and will support with knowledge, supplementary analysis, and measurement
• A confident negotiator able to making clear arguments for campaign selections
• Able to communicate often complex data and insights in simple language to individuals and groups of people, and hone in on key findings, and clearly and succinctly answer the "so what?" question.
