Head Chef

Food restaurant and cocktail bar is a stone throw from Worthing beach belonging to Proto Restaurant Group. Proto operators in Sussex in coastal locations specialising in amazing dining experiences, in our multi award winning restaurants. We are looking for a Head Chef who loves to cook with the best ingredients with traditional and eclectic styles, leading a team to deliver exquisite food in our unique large split-level dining area.

Your management role will be very much considered as a leader and required to enthuse and motivate/train a team to deliver a great dining experience to our customers. Other duties will be managing stock ordering, rota management, developing and creating exciting dishes, controlling the financial effectiveness of the kitchen and always upholding our restaurants strict health and hygiene policies.

This job offers GBP30,000 - GBP32,000 plus tips, estimated GBP1500 plus pension scheme plus bonuses plus progression opportunities plus cycle to work scheme.
