Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our public sector client to work on a temporary basis
Our MOJ client is based in the city centre and offers a great working environment and a fantastic opportunity to gain or extend public sector experience within a fast paced friendly team.
This is a temporary position to start as soon as possible and is expected to run until mid September 2018 with the possibility of being extended past this point. This is a full time position working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 09-17 with some flexibility possible
As a case administrator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the team ensuring that staff and service users are supported through efficient processes.
Duties may include but not be limited to:
* Maintaining the database
* Data Entry
* Dealing with Court Paperwork
* Dealing with queries by phone and email
* Dealing with post
* Manual and electronic filing
You may come into contact with an ex offender and this role is subject to a criminal records check
Are you a pro-active, highly organised team player who has the ability to work within a fast paced team, providing excellent admin support and have good attention to detail. If so we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will have good administration experience and excellent communication skills
Our client requires the following essential skills
* Good Data Entry Skills
* Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets
* Able to adhere to policies in respect of confidential and/or sensitive information
This role is subject to a criminal records check and employment vetting
The pay rate is £7 per hour rising to £9 per hour after 12 weeks, Benefits include Holiday Pay, Pension Scheme and being close to both Bus and Tram Public Transport Links
