Brook Street are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for 5 Administrators to work for one of our public sector organisations in the Newcastle.

Your role will be to work on the General Data Protection Regulations project team to process and cleanse Shared Service Employee records. The post holders will also maintain all leaver file retention and destruction dates in line with legal requirements. Educated to GCSE Grade C or above Maths and English (or equivalent), you will have administration experience in a busy office environment. You will have experience of using office equipment, e-mail and filing and a good understanding of computerised office systems. Experience of using Word, Excel and Databases is also essential. You must be able to prioritise and manage your workload and will have a flexible approach to work. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed procedures and making suggestions for improvements.

This position is to start as soon possible and will be for 7 months however there is a high opportunity this will be extended.
