Care Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced care coordinator to join a thriving domiciliary care organisation!

You will join a well-established domiciliary care team as the care coordinator, responsible for managing the staff rotas, and ensuring that all service users receive care as agreed, according to their care plans.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected, supportive organisation, and you will receive plenty of support from the management team to ensure you succeed in your role.

To be considered, you will need to have been a care coordinator within a domiciliary care service previously. Although your normal working hours will be Monday - Friday, you will need to be flexible as the role will also include an on-call element, and some hands on care work, as you will need to be prepared to provide emergency cover if needed.
