Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Support Advisor Role - Customer Service role. This is a ongoing temporary role based in Reading Town Centre.

Pay: £8 per hour plus annual leave and pension (opportunities for overtime after qualifying period)

Additional information:

The role involves processing activities relating to a range of schemes we operate and will include;

  • Using dedicated software systems to process scheme applications and associated work,
  • Carrying out checks on scheme payments,
  • Processing amendment requests,
  • Regular contact with agreement holders and land agents, by telephone, e-mail and letter,
  • Providing information and guidance to agreement holders and land agents.
  • Appropriate training will be given.

To undertake the role you will need;

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage specific areas of work.
  • Ability to assimilate new information quickly.
  • Ability to gain rapidly an understanding of computerised processing systems.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and switch priority at short notice while maintaining accuracy.
  • Good telephone skills.
  • Ability to work well with other team members to help achieve targets
  • Be able to navigate a Map

Appropriate training will be given.

A DS check is required for this role at a cost of £25 which will be refunded once you have started the role.
