With demonstrable experience of working in a facilities environment you will be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload to the needs of the College. The ideal candidate will be flexible, have excellent attention to detail and consistently provide exemplary customer service. You will maintain and update all systems and reports within the process, and be able to present key data when requested by the team. You will also assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and smooth practices are carried out.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent administrative and IT skills across all Microsoft functions. You will possess high analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate information. You will be proactive and provide exceptional service in supporting our internal customers, enabling Cottenham Village College to manage and retain a highly effective and talented workforce.
