Salary: Grade 4: £20,783 - £23,434 per annum
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary (1 year)
Hours: 37 hours per week

The Fire and Rescue Service has an opportunity for a temporary Crewing Coordinator within the Central Resourcing Team.
You will monitor operational crewing levels and identify where the future availability of fire appliances could be affected by insufficient crewing. You will coordinate and allocate resources to meet operational requirements. You will also be required to monitor duty rotas in line with agreed procedures.
The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse data held in databases through reports and spreadsheets. Good practical knowledge of Excel is required as well as the ability to communicate clearly with a range of contacts.
The post holder will be based at Service Headquarters in Tovil.
