Our Concierge Officers are the face of the organisation on our flatted estates, where they’re responsible for a wide range of essential duties. You will be responsible for ensuring estates across Wolverhampton are safe, clean and secure. You’ll also provide an effective response to tenancy and estate management issues. As a Concierge Officer, you will represent Wolverhampton Homes out within our communities and serve as a vital link between our customers and our staff behind the scenes.

The successful candidate will:

  • be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • be able and willing to undertake minor repairs
  • have a sound awareness of Health and Safety
  • be flexible in terms of working at different locations within Wolverhampton
  • be committed to providing a customer-focused, exceptional service
  • be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Concierge Officers are required to participate in the 24-hour shift system and work weekends and public holidays.
