HR/Payroll/Finance Administrator

Our client are currently looking for experienced HR/Payroll/Finance Administrators to work on initial 7 month contracts at their site in Newcastle.

Applicants must have the following skills:

*Experience of working in either a HR & Payroll OR Finance administration role
*Experience of working in a very busy payroll OR finance department dealing with large volumes of data
*Excellent organisational skills
*A clear understanding of the importance of security, integrity and confidentiality and the ability to apply this
*Ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus and a passion for high quality service delivery
*Ability to communicate effectively to customers and colleagues at all levels and adapt communication style as appropriate

Desirable

*Experience of working within a data input and numeric role
*Experienced in an outsourcing environment
*Experience of operating the Agresso Payroll module

Specific experience for Finance positions only includes:

*Ensuring all transactional finance activity is undertaken in a consistent, efficient, high quality and customer focused manner
*Ensuring all invoices are paid in line with customer payment policies
*Providing advice to customers around systems and processes
*Adhering to all processing and reporting deadlines as indicated on the monthly processing timetable, including meeting response times agreed with each customer
*Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed for all activities
*Using initiative to recognise and suggest improvements and development opportunities
*To gain working knowledge of customer documentation, policies, procedures and working practices and to remain up to date on this
*Ensuring controls are adhered to within the service area to minimise risk of fraud and assist identifying fraud
