Assessor

We are looking for a couple of Recruitment Assessors to join us here at Brook Street during a very busy period of growth for a large, local organisation in Nottingham City Centre for a minimum 3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent role.

You will be interviewing candidates face to face & conducting role plays with candidates, acting as a customer along with supporting the running of the assessment centres on site at the company in the City Centre daily
You may also be required to telephone screen candidates in the branch when you are not involved in the assessments therefore you need to be flexible in your daily duties, easily able to adapt to an ever changing role where no 2 days are the same!

This is a fun role, where you will get involved with candidates and hiring managers on a daily basis. Full training will be given by the experts in the branch before we let you go on site we will ensure you are comfortable in all elements of the Assessment Centres and fully up to speed with the company we are working alongside as they go through an exciting growth period.

You will be able to multi task, be polite, professional and most of all you will get excited as us about working closely with this organisation.

Working Monday to Friday 9am -5 but you need to have a flexible approach to work flexible hours as required.
