We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager for a service for adults with learning disabilities.
We are seeking someone who has ideally been a registered manager before. In particular we would be interested in hearing from people with experience within a learning disabilities setting. Above all, you will be passionate about supporting and enabling people to help them get the most from life.
You will manage a team of staff, delivering support to a number of service users within a residential setting, ensuring that a safe, welcoming and homely atmosphere is provided, ensuring all support needs are met in line with CQC requirements. You will have the full support of the senior team to help you learn and develop in this role.
