Area Account Coordinator required in Heathrow!
Our client is a forward-thinking, expanding company and Paul is looking for a well-organised and enthusiastic candidate to work alongside him as an Account Coordinator. You will possess the following skills:
Proven customer service track record
Excellent telephone manner
Strong system and IT skills (MS Office)
Good time management and organisational skills
Solid communication skills
Management of internal stake holders and internal customers (including SMO)
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Key responsibilities:
Account administration of branch managed accounts within the South area
Management of customer on-boarding & being the single point of contact for SMO
Site surveys for retail locations
Implementation and management of customer stores
MI reporting
Ad-hoc projects and reporting
