Administration Assistant (Part Time)
Great Dunmow, Essex

A busy local Building Company, is currently seeking an Assistant Administrator, to join their team in Great Dunmow. The role requires 5 days per week and they are offering hours of work of 9am to 3pm, they are also prepared to discuss other times to suit the right candidate.

Main Duties:

  • Assisting office personnel in general admin and filing
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Monitoring emails and online business communications
  • Contacting clients to book appointments for surveys and works
  • Up keeping office diaries and records
  • Booking in specialist trades and suppliers
  • Arranging resources and materials for the various site operations
  • Preparing document packs for clients and site staff

Person description:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in office administration and willingness to multi task to assist in all aspects of office tasks

Salary / Hours:

  • Part time position
  • 5 days per week
  • 9am till 3pm - negotiable
  • Salary £18,000 pro-rata (based on 35 hours/week)
