Cohort Lead

EBP has an exciting opportunity for a Cohort Lead to join their National Citizen Service (NCS) team based in Northamptonshire. You will be there on a full time, temporary basis of 5 weeks, and you will receive a salary of £2,500 per 5 weeks.

National Citizen Service (NCS) is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for 16 and 17 year olds, helping young people build skills for work and life, whilst taking on new challenges and meeting new friends.

Main responsibilities of our NCS Cohort Lead  include:

- The successful delivery of NCS, ensuring all tasks are carried out on time and to the highest standard
- Leading, motivating and managing the performance of NCS staff
- Ensuring the safeguarding and Health & Safety of Young People is paramount and reporting any issues when appropriate

Skills and experience required of our NCS Cohort Lead:

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of organising and facilitating a project or event and have the ability to problem solve, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential for the role of NCS Cohort Lead.
