This long established estate agency is looking for a new lettings negotiator who is willing to learn the business.
This is an ideal oppotunity for someone who is looking to start their career in a role in the estate agent industry role will be to meet and greet customers, negotiate prices, arrange and attend viewings.
You will ideally have a background dealing with the sales and administration within an estate agency ,although they will train the right candidate who has a strong sales background and a can do attitude. You will need to be IT literate and have excellent communication skills verbal and written.
You must be a car driver for this role as you will be attending the properties.
In return the company offer a competitive salary of £18,000 plus commission and a pension.
