Acoustic Engineer (Product Development)

Role: Perm
Location: Brighton
Start date: ASAP

Day-to-day role: To assist the product development team with the acoustic design for their electronic products.

Key skills & experience:
* Acoustic design (eg, microphones, speakers)
* Design life cycle of a product to project timescales
* Working to customer/project specifications
* Co-ordinating with the rest of the design team
* Supporting new and existing products

Desirable:
* Electronic product design (analogue & digital)
* 3D design (Solidworks)
* Software simulation tools for design analysis
* DFMEA/risk conformity
* Plastic mould tooling

Company: This is a well established design company who have multiple clients and products that they work on across a range of industries. The reason for the role is due to increased demand, and you will be working alongside the wider engineering team. Local transport links and parking is available.
