As part of the customer support team you will be responsible for ensuring that web-based and telephone customer requests are progressed quickly and effectively from order to delivery.
This is an Exeter-based company providing franchise networks and multi-site businesses with brand management solutions. Utilising our web-based eSupply Portal platform, we assist our customers with design, product management and network-wide support. To underpin our continued growth, we are seeking an additional member of our customer support team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance in all aspects of the business including:
Product Sourcing and Pricing
Order Management and Progression
Telephone, Email and Livechat Customer Support
Account Team Support
Stock Control & Reporting
From basic order management and stock control through to customer website support, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the business.
Applicants should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including word processing and basic spreadsheets and have experience with a CRM system.
You must be extremely organised, have excellent communication skills, have a confident telephone manner and most importantly have a sense of humour!
