BS Social Care are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to work in various services located in Wellingborough, Northampton and Towcester. This role is supporting adults with learning disabilites who are on the Autistic Spectrum.
If you want to support people with learning disabilities to help achieve their full potential then this is the role for you. You will be needed to display a positive, supportive and caring attitude. Be committed towards supporting vulnerable adults to maximise their independence and genuinely believe in equality of opportunity for everyone. You will also need to be self-motivated and want to make a difference to peoples lives.
Full and part time hours are available, the shift could be long days, earlies or lates. If this is the right place for you then a possible temp to perm vancancy could be something we can do for you so a great opportunity. Whilst working at these services you will provide different types of support to each individual, this would involve cooking, cleaning, shopping, leisure and social activities along with holidays.
