The Slate Caverns
The Slate Caverns is one of Britain’s most exciting tourist attractions and is based in the heart of Snowdonia – combining heritage, adventure and a brand new accommodation business, launching this year, together making a destination which attracts 225,000 people a year.
We are looking for someone who will lead on financial matters for our tourism, land and green energy businesses. You will be able to deliver accurate and timely management information each month with detailed quarterly reports as well as managing the audit process, ensuring our systems are accurate, up to date and effective. This is a hands on role with support from part time book-keeper and payroll assistant
This role will suit someone with a commercial experience as well as the accountancy training and who wants to be part of a business which is growing and help manage and develop that process. With a keen eye for controlling costs and identifying trends you will report to the Managing Director and contribute to our strategy by playing an integral part in business planning and forecasting.

The successful candidate is likely to be able to show real experience in the areas highlighted above and we offer a salary that extends up to £31,000 for the right person.
