Commercial Solicitor / Paralegal

Our Client is a law firm, looking for an experienced Commercial & Litigation Associate Solicitor or Paralegal to work from their busy office based in London. They are a forward-thinking business that continually looks for alternative and innovative ways of helping their clients. They use this imagination and lateral thinking to give their clients all the options: the pros, the cons and the risks associated with each.

As a part of this successful team, your work will include drafting commercial documents ; GDPR ; acting for claimants and defendants in cases of misrepresentation, IP injunctions, restrictive covenant breaches and corporate negligence; property construction disputes; directors and shareholders unfair prejudice claims and much more.

Attending court and instructing counsel will be integral to your role; Client interaction is key and unlike multi hierarchy firms you will meet and greet the clients and not just work behind the scenes, no matter how high level the client is.

You have:

• Specialist knowledge in the tech law and blockchain industry experience would be a benefit but is not essential so long as you have an appetite to learn.

• Keen to develop a case load through marketing and networking.

Experience :

• MIN 2YR-5YR PQE or over 2yrs experience as Paralegal

• Commercial Experience is essential

Salary: GBP36,000 - GBP48,000 GBP/Annual.
