Crown Pavilions, manufacturers of luxury garden rooms and premium wooden gazebos are looking for high calibre customer service professionals for both our UK department and French department.

The roles require staff to be able to work from our sites in Watlington (Oxfordshire) , Denham (Bucks) , and Bagshot (Surrey). Flexibility with a great work ethic are important for these roles.

Key skill requirements for both French & UK customer service professionals :

• Proficient at using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Used to work with CRM and CMS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well spoken & articulate
• Must have experience at serving highly affluent and discerning clients and treating this client base with impeccable manners and respect
• Must be able to multi task and deal with pressure within a fast paced company
• We are looking for great team players that want to be a part of a successful company with great customer service as a core belief.
• Able to work off own initiative
• A great telephone manner always

* French customers service must be fluent in French and English, both written and oral.

Salaries are commensurate to experience
