Up to £20,800 per annum (£10.00ph) plus contributory pension scheme

The Company:

We are a family owned business with a long history in the Poultry industry. Our strength is extensive knowledge of and expertise in Meyn and their products, which enables us to provide excellent technical support and advice to our customers as a leading provider of spare parts, servicing, installations and machine overhauls. Our unequivocal goal is to keep plants running with minimal disruptions by providing quick and efficient service.

About the Role: 

This is a critical role accurately fulfilling orders in our Store and ensuring they meet strict deadlines which enables us to meet our customer delivery expectations. 

The main responsibilities of the role are:

+ Complete picking and packing of orders with protective materials and label ready for dispatch
+ Receive and check deliveries and correctly store 
+ Manage all returns accurately and efficiently 
+ Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations, maintain a safe, clean and tidy work area 
+ Adhere to and follow Workshop Rules as set by the Company
+ Ensure the Store is maintained and organised efficiently
+ Ensure all equipment is operated correctly
+ Represent the company by behaving in a professional and responsible manner at all times. Maintain and improve our reputation with customers, fellow employees and the community within which we operate

About you:

+ Willingness to learn on-the- job and be proactive
+ Experience of packing and shipping items desirable
+ Fork lift license desirable
