An international Development Charity based in Central London is looking to recruit a Fundraising Compliance Coordinator (Mystery Shopper). The right candidate has extensive experience in fundraising and or / as a field based mystery shopper. The position offers flexible working hours. Full and part time is possible. You will working across London and will be requested to travel to other parts of the UK from time to time.
Travel costs and accommodation will be fully paid.
Your responsibilities:
Working as part of a wider fundraising team, who are focused on Individual Giving (Face to Face fundraising), as a Mystery Shopper you'll carry out assessments, monitor and review fundraising activities ensuring compliance and best practice against the charities fundraising guidelines.
You'll collate and report on these findings using Excel and an internal Database, to support continuous development of the fundraising team, and used for performance reviews, recognition and training purposes.
To be considered for the Mystery Shopper role you will have:
•Previous experience in Fundraising, Compliance or as a Mystery Shopper.
•Strong Database and Excel skills
•Excellent communications to feedback
•You will be happy to travel across London and the UK (Costs for Travel and accommodation will be fully covered)
