Business Development Manager 
Home/Field Based (covering Bristol, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and Taunton) 

Right now, Webrecruit are looking for our next sales team members to help us grow our brand and take us to the next level in terms of revenue and client base. 

We’ve developed the solution to enable our growth and we’re looking to achieve gross monthly revenue of £500K by 2019, we now need you to join our team and get us there.

We’ve now developed some industry-leading tech in the form of Fusion, our next-gen ATS system which enables our clients to hire more often for less money and a higher success rate. 

Having got a major client list on board including start-ups, global brands, long established companies and blue chips, we’re ready to expand and so we’re looking for Business Development Manager to join us and take part in the next chapter of our success story. 

The Role: 

As a Business Development Manager, you will build long-lasting, profitable relationships with leading brands and companies to support Webrecruit’s ongoing growth. 

Every organisation has a unique set of challenges that come with hiring the right talent at the right cost per hire and we’ve created software and advertising solutions, as well as combinations of these, that deliver every time for a huge variety of different hiring needs. 

You’ll be selling our ATS system, Fusion Plus, alongside our superb advertising solutions. Forging a high-volume pipeline, you’ll ensure a constant flow of new clients will be passed to our account management and development teams. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Take ownership of a territory covering Bristol and the surrounding area 
- Engage with potential clients using a mix of sales and account management skills 
- Promote the benefits of our technology and advertising solutions 
- Deliver a world-class level of service to clients 

About You: 

We’re looking to high performers who are focused on results and come from a recruitment agency, advertising sales or job board background. 

You’ll also need: 

- A target-focused approach 
- Great written and verbal communication skills 
- The ability to build great rapport 
- A positive and proactive nature 

Your Rewards: 

- Up to £35,000 basic DOE 
- Highly competitive commission scheme (OTE up to £75,000)
