Key Relationships Manager- Fundraising

Harris Hill are very pleased to be working with a Christian charity to recruit a Key Relationships Manager based in London. In this role you will develop and manage relationships with high net worth individuals and be responsible for meeting set income performance targets. This role requires strong personal relationship management skills and the ability to effectively establish, develop and deliver a long term engagement strategy. If you have experience working in major donor fundraising and are a practicing Christian then this is the role for you.Key responsibilities will include:Developing and taking leadership on the charity major donor fundraising strategyEnsuring individuals develop a strong connection with the charity and its mission by the implementation of a cultivation programmeWorking closely with the fundraising team to report on market research, analysis and the research and identification of potential prospectsWorking against agreed income targetsThe successful candidate will:Have a track record in securing major gifts and in creating mutually beneficial partnerships within the not for profit or commercial sectorBe an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire, negotiate, and influenceHave demonstrable experience in prospect research, production of proposals/pitches, relationship management and reportingHave strong leadership and management skills with the ability to delegate effectivelyHave an understanding of the UK Evangelical Church and a strong belief in the Christian faithFor more information about this vacancy and next steps please apply here and a consultant will be in touch to discuss further.
