As a leading Council in developing people, processes and technology in public service delivery, our transformation focus is to build on the foundations we have put in place. In Transformation we work with our customers and the communities they serve, looking at the way we do things and how we can make sure we are adding value in the face of increasing demand.

The role will be working either across People services (Adult social care, Children's social care, Education etc) or Place and Enabling services (Housing and Homelessness, Customer Services, enabling technology etc) and will provide essential change management as part of a large-scale transformation programme.

The successful postholder will be experienced in managing change, by means of projects from definition through to implementation in a complex organisation, and be able to demonstrate their ability to influence and motivate stakeholders to effect a positive difference to ways of working.

You will have demonstrable experience of delivering customer and business benefits through service improvement, and be comfortable in a fast-paced change environment.
