Dynamic company undergoing transformation of procurement team seek an analytical procurement administrator

Your new role

The role is based just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes and reports in to the Senior Category Manager and will take responsibility for the provision of administrative support to the central Procurement team.
On a day to day basis you will take responsibility for on-boarding new suppliers, working closely with the finance and compliance teams and maintenance of the shared procurement files and other key procurement documentation and provide first line support to internal customers and suppliers on procurement processes and policy.
You will also conduct some basic supply market research work, carrying out data gathering and data analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally an understanding of Procurement processes
Analytical skills - proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential
Driven dynamic nature
Experience in a support function within a Head Office or similar
Experience of producing reports and summaries would be desirable

What you'll get in return

Option to do between 30 and 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours
Salary up to GBP20,000 - Plus opportunity to progress within your procurement career
33 days holiday including bank holidays
