Field Sales Consultant
Our client is a London-based manufacturer and supplier of award-winning, premium quality, handmade frozen desserts. They are currently looking for to recruit Field Sales Consultant to be based at their North West London facilities. This is a hugely influential new position within a business where the quality of product and service is paramount to the continued growth of the company and to all of its employees.
You will be the main contact for some of the Catering Industry's leading companies. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to generate new and additional sales to current and new clients. You will have a confident manner and be able to handle the pressure of liaising with potential clients as well as their production teams.
As the successful candidate, you will become an indispensable part of the sales team, securing new revenue and being integral to the growth of the business.
Sales or food service experience preferred or previous employment within the hospitality/catering industry would be an excellent advantage.
Main duties and requirements:
Generating new leads by cold calling, prospecting and online market research.
To promote, develop and maximise sales within key sectors.
Visiting customers in London and surrounding areas.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, fluent in English both written and verbal.
To show a high level of confidence, enthusiasm, motivation and drive.
To manage your own weekly diary, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
IT Knowledge experience: Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Sage.
Salary: GBP20,000 + commission - GBP/annual.
