Telesales Executive

Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a market leading organisation in the plumbing and heating industry to recruit a Telesales Executive in Crick!

In this role you will be making a real difference in an innovative company which designs, develops and distributes market-leading brands and which is part of a much bigger group.

The role
As a Telesales Executive you will work with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to deal with all incoming calls, follow up business leads and convert these into confirmed sales. You will have and allocated customer base who you will develop business relationships with and drive sales.

You will be proactively making outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote new product ranges or communicate targeted promotional activity. You'll be liaising with the online trading team on key trade customer issues to ensure you constantly offer an excellent customer experience.

Requirements
*Ideally you will already have some sales experience from a previous Telesales role or similar.
*A solid background in Customer Service will also be considered.
*You will be tenacious and be able close down a sale, see responsibilities through to conclusion and have excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
