Telesales Account Manager

The Company is an exciting and fast growing confectionery supplier looking for four highly ambitious and driven sales individuals to rapidly increase our market share in the following 4 sectors:

  • Independent convenience stores
  • Primary Schools
  • University convenience stores
  • NHS convenience stores

Do you have contacts and experience selling into any one of these sectors and want to join a fast-growing exciting sales team?

You will be responsible for:

  • Growing our customer portfolio
  • Following sales strategies to ensure successful business growth
  • Working with the sales manager on weekly and monthly strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Connecting with your customers via telephone, email and social media

To be considered for the role you must:

  • Have 2 years’ experience selling into one of the above 4 sectors
  • Have a proven track record of business development
  • Be confident, enthusiastic and reliable
  • Have excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Thrive on being able to positively impact sales
  • Be able to follow sales strategies and achieve sales targets
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative

This is an office based telesales role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission and is a permanent full-time position located in Manningtree, Essex.

Salary £20,000 - £28,000 + uncapped commission.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
