We have an excellent opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor working within our student catering units. You will support the Team Leader in the day to day operation of the food and beverage service and will supervise and assist in the development of the team. 

You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the confidence and communication skills required when dealing with clients, management and staff at all levels. You will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as well as being self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as well as a current basic food hygiene certificate, level 2. A current BIIAB certificate is also desirable.  

Candidates must have a flexible approach to working hours as the role will involve working daytime, evening and weekend shifts 5 over 7 days.

Please note this appointment is subject to medical clearance and ongoing medical surveillance by the University Occupational Health provider.
