Senior Operations Manager-Cardiff

Based for our Cardiff City Centre site you will have the earning potential of up to £41,000.

As a Senior Operations Manager your talent and experience of dealing with senior stakeholders across multiple large complex campaigns will help Webhelp continue to deliver exceptional customer service.
In this fast paced and exciting call centre environment you will lead, inspire, support, develop and motivate your team leaders to ensure the highest level of performance with the aim of continuous improvement, quality results and efficiency with a focus on the customer journey.
