Customer Service Advisor
Do you have customer service experience and would like to utilise your skills with a vibrant and growing customer-focused company?
We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisers on behalf of the TIFGroup to deliver 5* customer service to both new and existing customers. In this telephone-based role, you'll be conducting medical pre screening to rate risk, providing quotes and giving general advice over the phone.
Based in modern offices in Kings Hill, you'll be working with a friendly and dynamic team, in a growing and vibrant company. You'll start 23rd April on an initial salary of £16,750 per year however there are regular pay reviews and with best-in-class training, coaching and support from an experienced team you'll have a clear progression plan from day one. Other intake dates are also available.
You don't need to have experience working with insurance because your great communication skills will help you deal with customers in a professional manner and handle any queries that come your way. Working hours are Monday to Friday and shifts fall between 08:00am and 20:00pm (8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm and 11am - 8pm). You will also be required to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday a month.
