Customer Service Advisor - Kings Hill
Are you looking to develop your customer service experience further in an office-based environment?
If so, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Working for the TIFGroup, you'll be conducting medical pre screening to rate risk, providing quotes, giving general advice and delivering 5* customer service over the phone.
Based in modern offices in Kings Hill, you'll be working with a friendly and dynamic team, in a growing and vibrant company. You'll start 23rd April on an initial salary of £16,750 per year however there are regular pay reviews and with best-in-class training, coaching and support from an experienced team you'll have a clear progression plan from day one. Other intake dates are also available.
You don't need to have experience working with insurance because your great communication skills will help you deal with customers in a professional manner and handle any queries that come your way. Working hours are Monday to Friday and shifts fall between 08:00am and 20:00pm (8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm and 11am - 8pm). You will also be required to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday a month.
