SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

£40,000 per annum

Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.

Using your experience of setting up and establishing a supply project/contract with multiple suppliers, you will manage CHP’s end-to-end supply chain and fleet, driving continuous improvement and ensuring value for money.

You should be experienced in managing and developing people and have a proven track record of delivering improvements in cost, quality and delivery within a supply chain. In addition, you will have excellent IT and negotiation skills, commercial awareness and an ability to analyse costs and performance data to inform procurement decisions.

You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the in-house stores function and materials delivery to site to support our ‘just in time’ method of working. This will require agood understanding of logistics management.

The use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential, for which a business mileage rate will be paid.
