Small, friendly, Plymouth-based business seeks multi-skilled building/maintenance operative to work on private and commercial properties including housing associations.
Duties will include general carpentry, bathroom and kitchen installation, tiling, patch repair plastering and basic plumbing. You will be required to carry out day-to-day repairs for housing associations and commercial landlords.
Must have good time keeping and be well presented as you will be dealing with the general public on a daily basis.
Health and Safety training and relevant qualifications advantageous.
Must have a clean driving licence and own tools.
Permanent position.
