Within these two newly created roles you will be at the heart of our people conversations. Based in our HR team in Swindon you will provide a centralised consultative service to employees and managers across the country. With a hugely a diverse range of roles and disciplines across our heritage and corporate departments you will always find a new challenge. You will be naturally adaptable and enjoy talking to a range of stakeholders to enable them to achieve our corporate objectives.

You will be providing advice and guidance to managers and staff on the full range of HR services across the employee lifecycle, focusing on employee relations and building management capability. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and the other members of the HR Team you will ensure all relevant administration and processes are in place to enhance our customers experience, especially as we progress further into a self-serve environment. You will be actively supported to continue your professional development and be involved in organisational and HR change projects.

You will enjoy talking with and coaching employees and managers on their queries and concerns, offering constructive advice. As this role will be mainly telephone based, you will have a natural ability to build rapport remotely, through active listening, solutions based thinking and the ability to challenge where necessary to achieve a positive outcomes. You will have experience in a similar role having worked with a complex caseload, ideally across a multi-site organisation and potentially CiPD qualified. You will have worked with a full lifecycle HRIS and be comfortable analysing data and providing commentary to reports.
