FINANCE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Based at Service Headquarters in Birstall, Leicester
Part-time, 22 hours per week
Salary – E/F scp. 25-34: £22,658 - £30,153 per annum pro rata
A vacancy has arisen for a Finance Systems Administrator within a busy finance office. Your role will be to support and train system users across varied job roles, ensuring continuing integrity of the finance system (Unit 4 Business World). You will promote continuing resilience with partners as part of a team of three regional system administrators, identify and solve problems and system issues and have a working knowledge of extracting financial data for reporting purposes. You will be an AAT qualified accounting technician with experience of reconciling financial data and a working knowledge of financial computer systems.
The ideal candidate will be competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and have experience of supporting a computerised finance system. In addition, you must thrive in a busy and challenging environment. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with staff at all levels and external customers.
