Patient Care Advisor
Hours: 1x 16 hours and 1x 15 hours per week
The practice has two part-time vacancies for the post of Patient Care Advisor. Duties will involve receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional. Providing general assistance to the practice team, supporting clinicians and projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors in person and via telephone.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication and organisational skills and should be courteous and efficient.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a general practice environment. Team working and flexibility are essential.
